CHEMICAL HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT (CHRA)

– Comprehensive assessment of the risk of employees exposure to chemical hazardous to health in the workplace
– In compliance with the Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health (USECHH)
– HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control
– SiRAC (Simple Risk Assessment and Control)

CHEMICAL EXPOSURE MONITORING
– Measurement of employee exposure to airborne vapours, mists, fumes or dust particles
– Ensure that employees exposure to airborne chemicals are within permissible exposure limits (PELs)
– Includes Personal Exposure Monitoring

LOCAL EXHAUST VENTILATION (LEV)
– In compliance with the Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health (USECHH)
– Yearly Testing and Inspection of LEV system
– Determining effectiveness and efficiency as baseline data

NOISE EXPOSURE MONITORING
– In accordance to the Factories and Machinery (Noise Exposure) Regulation 1989
– Identifying area and machinery noise level and noise exposure towards an individual
– Initial Noise Exposure Monitoring, Additional Noise Exposure Monitoring, Positive Noise Exposure Monitoring

AUDIOMETRIC TESTING PROGRAMME
– Comprehensive hearing conservation programme
– To check for any changes in hearing level
– For employees exposed to Noise Exposure Limit (NEL)

INDOOR AIR QUALITY
– Fulfil Industry Code of Practice 2010 for Indoor Air Quality
– For buildings that are served by a mechanical ventilating and air conditioning (MVAC) system including air-cooled split unit
– Inspection of Physical Parameters and Indoor Air Contaminants
